First Day:
- 1:30 pm: Arrival
- 1:45 - 3:45 pm: Hike/walk -
meet at Octagonal Guesthouse. For those who prefer not to hike, there's the option to do a garden walk which is level with no elevation. Green Gulch gardens are extraordinary with secluded spots to journal, meditate, etc.
- 3:45 - 4:30 pm: Break
- 4:30 - 6:00 pm: Retreat Session - Wheelwright Center
- 6:00 - 6:45 pm: Dinner. All meals are organic, vegetarian, and mostly from the Green Gulch garden; enjoy short potent periods of silence, including the first few minutes of each meal.
- 6:45 - 7:00 pm: Break
- 7:30 - 8:30 pm: Restorative Yoga/Sound Bath - Stillwater Hall. A meditation using sound waves to help relax the nervous system.
Second Day:
- 7:45 - 8:30 am: Breakfast
- 8:45 am – 12:30 pm: Retreat Session - Wheelwright Center
- 12:30 – 1:30 pm:
Lunch
- 1:30 – 2:30 pm: Siesta and Integration Time
- 2:30 – 4:30 pm: Walk to Ocean. Meet at Wheelwright Center.
- 4:30 - 6:00 pm: Integration Time. Connect with others, meditate by the ocean, explore the gardens, journal your insights.
- 6:00 - 6:45 pm: Dinner
- 7:00 - 8:00 pm: Zendo Tour. Meet outside dining hall.
Last Day:
- 7:45 - 8:30 am: Breakfast
- 8:30 - 9:00 am: Prepare for departure.
(Please vacate your room by 9:00 am, and leave luggage in the foyer of the Guesthouse.)
- 9:00 - 10:30 am: Retreat Session - Wheelwright Center
- 10:30 - 11:00 am: Break
- 11:00 - 12:15 pm:
Walk to Ocean. Meet at Wheelwright Center.
- 12:30 - 1:15 pm: Farewell Lunch
- Afternoon Flexible Departure - continue your journey home at your own pace.

About Your Instructor
Spencer Sherman (MBA, CFP®) is a leading financial advisor, author, public speaker, and the founder and former CEO of Abacus, a values-driven financial consulting firm managing more than $3 billion in assets. A New York native living in California, Spencer now devotes much of his time to sharing his mindfulness-based approach to business and life. He challenges his clients and students to rethink “rules” and enliven their work using evidence-based, yet highly accessible emotional intelligence practices, so they can envision their work and their lives in a more meaningful way. Spencer has done over 30 week-long meditation retreats and has been practicing since age 21. He is a Certified Mindfulness Teacher through Search Inside Yourself (Sourced at Google) and a Qualified MBSR teacher. He has been offering the Mindful Advisor Retreat and The Reset Retreat for over 10 years.
